While the majority of our orders clear customs swiftly and arrive within our standard estimated times, please be aware that unforeseen customs checks, peak holiday traffic, or supplier fulfillment delays can occasionally happen. If a package undergoes random CBP (Customs & Border Protection) inspection, delivery may require an additional 5–10 business days. We provide complete end-to-end local USPS/DHL tracking for every single shipment.
Overseas Fulfillment & Processing
Orders are dispatched from our specialized fulfillment hubs in China within 1–3 business days. Air packet transit directly to the United States generally takes 7–15 business days. Because your products are imported into the USA, they must pass through customs, which can sometimes introduce variable clearance schedules. All orders are fully trackable end-to-end via USPS or DHL once they arrive in the US.
Customs Delays & Damaged Shipments
Import procedures and customs audits are governed by US CBP and can occasionally cause unexpected transit holds. While this is rare, if your shipment undergoes an import check or faces local carrier delays, delivery may take up to 20 business days. We take full responsibility for your order—if your package is lost, damaged during import, or fails to deliver, our India-based customer care team will arrange an immediate reshipment or full refund at support@stowora.com.
